In addition to honing your teaching abilities in the Land of Dawn, one fortunate participant will be picked to coach ONIC Prodigy, the organization’s Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Development League (MDL) squad, in the following year.
What qualifications are needed to join the coaching development program at ONIC Esports?
ONIC Esports has provided prospective candidates with a list of prerequisites to fulfill in order to be considered.
- Single
- At least 20 years old
- Willing to work full-time
- At least Mythical Glory in Mobile Legends
- Have esports experience in MLBB or other MOBAs such as League of Legends and Dota 2.
- Fluent in English
- Not signed to an organization
- Ready to follow the recruitment process of the organization

When the franchise league concept was introduced in Season 4, MDL Indonesia was one of the leagues that was created. Up-and-coming players who are not already participating in the MPL can use this league as a stepping stone to the MPL.
In addition to the MPL organizations’ own teams, there are also teams from non-MPL organizations who are a part of the league after having won a spot in a qualification that is conducted at the beginning of each season. Additionally, organizations have the option to either promote players from the MDL to the MPL or demote players from the MPL to the MDL. This is something that is only permitted for the first half of each MPL season.
